Happy 4th Birthday to my Coley! To my little man who is growing up way too quickly. You are quite a complex kid. At times you are shy and reserved - content to take things in from the sidelines. Other times you talk my ears off and your big ideas of "missions" and bad guys and slides into our bath tub make my head spin. Or what about that horse that Aidan was going to buy you and you were going to keep in our garage?! You are such a joy, Cole. And you make me laugh out loud every day (this is a good thing!) Just one thing, friend, slow down a little. OK?
And I have to say; these cupcakes were the easiest to frost. Ever. (That's Jerry dipping them for me!) We had a system and frosted 30+ cupcakes in about 5 minutes. I used the Fluffy White Frosting from all recipes dot com. This is a frosting that is better to eat the same day, though. It starts to melt away (for lack of a better word) if it sits overnight.
